These terms cover taking part in Eilonwy's live chats and using this website. Eilonwy is a VTuber channel run by one family, not a company selling a service — so these are kept short and plain.

What Eilonwy is

Eilonwy is an AI VTuber who streams live on YouTube and Twitch. The software that reads chat, moderates it, and helps her respond on stream is a private application run by her family. It is not offered to the public: there is no sign-up, no user account, and no way to install or license it.

Taking part in chat

By sending messages in an Eilonwy live chat, you agree that:

  • your messages may be read aloud, responded to on stream, and shown in the on-stream chat overlay;
  • your messages may be used to decide outcomes in chat-played games, such as votes;
  • messages are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Chat is moderated. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam, and attempts to manipulate the assistant into producing prohibited content are not permitted, and may result in messages being removed or your access to the chat being restricted. Moderation decisions on a channel rest with its owner.

Platform terms also apply

Eilonwy streams on third-party platforms, and their terms govern your use of them:

When you take part in the YouTube chat, the YouTube Terms of Service apply to you in addition to these terms. You can review and revoke the data Google holds for third-party applications at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Content and ownership

Eilonwy's name, artwork, voice, and streams belong to her family. Clips and reaction videos in the ordinary spirit of streaming culture are welcome. Please don't reupload whole streams as your own, use her likeness to imply endorsement, or use her material to train a model that imitates her.

Your chat messages remain yours. You grant permission for them to be shown and responded to on stream as described above.

She is an AI

Eilonwy is an AI character. What she says on stream is entertainment and is not advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. She can be wrong or make things up. Please don't rely on anything she says as fact.

No warranty

This website and the streams are provided as they are. We can't promise uninterrupted streams, and things break sometimes. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using the site or taking part in chat.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page is updated.
